United States Postal Service shipping is available upon request by weight with an additional $2.50 handling fee. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
*Glass teapots must be exchanged
within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping refunds are given only on defective or wrong items.

Please leave damaged items in box with original packing materials to be inspected by shipping company if necessary.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days* from purchase and must include a Return Authorization number (RA#). A return/exchange form with return label will be included in your order. Please complete form, add RA# on form and return label on your return package.
